Main-Care always delivers my propane on time, and they are easy to work with. I do like their budget cap program, have participated in it for several years.
Experiences have all been positive even requesting a service call on a Saturday. You get a real person when you call.

We have been using this company for 11 years and today was the first day we really needed their services. We used more oil than they calculated so we had no heat/hot water. Admittedly I should also be checking on our levels BUT they have been so good in the past I never have. When I woke up and saw the issue I called them. The tech was here within hours to tell us the issue (we were out of oil) and correct it. Within a few short hours after that they delivered and filled our tank.
