We needed to have our floor replaced due to a bad install. The manufacturer sent us 19 boxes of new flooring to Main Flooring and that is when we met David, he set up the appointment for the new install. So happy with the installation, our floors are now installed correctly . Thank you David and Mark for good customer service. We will only use Main Floor Covering and will recommend them to our friends and family.
This is the second time we’ve worked with Main Floor Covering and once again, we were very happy with our whole experience. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is such a pleasure to shop a small business. We are completely happy with the results and will definitely be back for our next floor covering project😀
We are very pleased with Main Floor Covering in Utica! We had a horrible experience just recently with a flooring company frequently advertised on television . We used them in the past and we were pleased. This time was a nightmare. When we walked into Main we were warmly greeted by David and explained our situation. Great experience with Main Floor Covering. The work was very neat and professional. David and Lisa were great to work with. The team even came during the holidays and finished the carpet very quickly. Everything looks great and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
Ali and his staff did an amazing job on the installation and carpet. They worked so hard and did a very clean job. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were very easy to work with, punctual, and very kind.
