I am not kidding - I have had miraculous results with Dr. Bernstein. He is unbelievable - I knew the minute he came in and I heard him speak that he was going to do big things for me. I have always been very hesitant to not wear makeup because of my skin but he rejuvenated it and made it the most even toned I have ever had in my life and I've tried so many other things at different places. This office is fantastic. I have seen both Dr. Bernstein and Dr. Lee. The v beam laser with Dr. Bernstein eliminated the redness from my rosacea and had the extra bonus of minimizing my sebaceous cell hyperplasia and reducing fine lines. His expertise in laser really shows. I trust Dr. Bernstein 100% - he is intelligent, skilled and kind. For Botox, I have seen Dr. Lee for many years. She is also great. Dr. Bernstein and his team at the Main Line Center for Laser Surgery provide outstanding care and expertise. I make the effort to travel from out of state on a regular cadence. Dr. Bernstein has exceptional knowledge in the field. Moreover, Dr. Bernstein understands how to carefully and effectively treat skin of deeper tones. I’ve had the pleasure with working with all the doctors at Main Line Center for Laser Surgery. Dr. Bernstein was very personable and helpful in explaining the laser removal process. I was recently a participant in a lip filler study with Dr. Lee and Dr. Ali. They were beyond friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I live about an hour away from office and completing the study (a visit every 2-3 months) was totally doable with my personal schedule. I plan to continue to receive Derm care here. Highly recommend!

I recently had an exceptional experience at the Main Line Center for Laser Surgery, which stands out as an academic institution rather than a typical cosmetic center. Led by the brilliant Dr. Bernstein, this center is at the forefront of research on advanced lasers and procedures. The care I received from Dr. Lee and Dr. Ali was outstanding—they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well-cared for.
