I am a new patient, have seen Dr. Derrek 2 times both times a good experience as he explains as he goes, professional, all staff members friendly from start to finish. What I like is no wait time to get more nervous about the experience.
Very professional. Did a great job explaining what the condition my teeth were in. And some recondition on how to keep them nice. Did a great job cleaning them. Very happy I found this place.
My first visit was this past week- and everyone from the front to the back was great. I expressed how nervous and self conscious I was and not once did any of them make me feel uncomfortable. Gabby was fantastic and I hope I have her every time! They took their time, explained everything they were doing and I know I’m in great hands. I have told everyone I know how this is the first time I have ever been to any dentist and felt the way I did.
Didn't have to wait..Dr. Derrick did an excellent job on my broken tooth. They were all very nice and i appreciate that. Would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist!
They make you feel more like you are visiting friends than going to a doctors office. I had three teeth to fix - with no discomfort. And what was being done was explained very well by Dr Derek. Thank you guys!
