The young woman that did my deep cleaning gave me a lot of information which I like and also showed me what she cleaned from below my gums. She explained how the antibiotic would work and how long it would last. Also helped me to understand the minimal risk of bleeding during the procedure entering my bloodstream. Julie? Was my hygienist and was delightful. Felt like she was an old friend plus she was professional and efficient. Dr Liang was exceptional. To the point that he managed to add a second appointment for me later the same day for my extraction. I was stunned at that level of helpfulness from a dentist lol. The procedure was utterly painless and he and Julie work together like a well oiled machine. Maggie and Dr. Peter are the best! I’ve never had any dental procedures until now but they make everything feel easy and comforting. Highly recommend. Other local offices feel like factories that rush patients in and out with bare explanations and high bills, but this office makes it personal.
I have seen Dr O'Connor and Dr Peter in the last week, once for myself, I saw Dr O'Connor, it went great! Today, with my dad, who has Parkinson's. He needed a crown. Dr Peter and his assistant worked like a smooth team. They were both very patient and understanding, as Parkinson's causes tremors and muscles not always cooperating. My dad and I were both very appreciative for how well the visit was . Thank you
Excellent experience . I have to say that Julia, one of the technicians, put my mind at ease and I can really tell she works hard. I felt comfortable around her and the doctors as well! Excellent experience.
