Buyer Beware. Once you pay your security deposit it is non refundable. I put a deposit down about a month before we were supposed to move in, 2 weeks later, before signing a lease, had to cancel my move. There is a line in the application saying once you decide to " move forward" it is non refundable. There were still apartments available in the building so they did not turn down anyone to hold mine. Now out over $1000.
