I've tried to talk to the business several times about their employees ruining the paint on my car. They unnecessarily blow leaves and trash and twigs and rocks all up against my car and it scratches the paint. I now look for them coming to be sure to move my car but today I came home with groceries, and saw them on the other side of the court, unloaded my groceries and within 3 minutes they came over by my car blowing stuff all over it like they stopped working on the other side of the court to intentionally come do this. ... read more
There likely isn't a worse company. No website, no accountability, none of their phone numbers work and they ran over freshly planted, well-defined, mulched bushes, why? Who knows. If you or your HOA uses this company make sure to put out rocks cause otherwise they will mow over your plants and there is literally no way to contact anyone about it.
I’m a homeowner and sit on the board of our HOA which pays for Mainscapes. I get to work from home so I get to see they’re work. They’re service is legitimately attentive, responsive, and full of quality. They always arrive with a full team, do the full job, don’t slack off, pick up litter, and leave the neighborhood feeling beautifully refreshed each time. I tried to get a reply phone call for them for several days. They seem to have sold out to Heritage Landscaping n Bristow, VA. Their phone only has voicemail and nobody calls back, the email link does not work. I have tried for two days to even find anything about them and nothing. I do not know how this business stays in business.
A truck from this company just nearly hit me and ran me off of Route 50. I slammed on my brakes and horn and he didn’t slow down or stop barreling into my lane. BE CAREFUL. That was absolutely terrifying. Hire better and safer drivers.
