Where do I start? From the moment we signed on the line for financing they stopped caring about the customer. The expectation that I have to contact a bank employee to make a principal only payment is just antiquated. Trying to transfer funds externally forget it, bill pay (Nope) pay a person (NOPE) I was told to use Venmo, which requires set up that only a bank employee can assist with and has a limit, no where on their web site tells me what that limit is so here I wait again for a call back for a simple question.
