To see how this facility has changed over time is impressive. The remodeled lobby and front nursing station is BEAUTIFUL! The entire staff are welcoming and very friendly to everyone that comes through their doors. Great place to bring your loved ones.

My uncle has been here for a little over a year now. When he first went in the whole process was heartbreaking. The staff showed not only him but also us kindness and patience. A year later and he is thriving and the staff are like family. I cant thank Bryan health and rehab enough for everything they have done for us!

The staff in this facility are phenomenal. They bust their butts day in and day out to provide the best care for the residents!!

This place is horrible,horrible, horrible!It doesn't deserve the star I gave them,but it's the only way it will post! Resident's are treated very poorly,the hallways are cluttered with equipment,floors are sticky,dirty. As my husband and I walked in we witnessed a patient hurriedly rummaging through an unattended medicine cart left in the hallway. They're treatment of patients/residents are absolutely disgusting! The excuse from many of them are ...."well,we have x amount of patients to take care of and not enough staff!" ... read more

I’ve been in this facility recently and I’m not at all impressed especially the cleanliness of it. The hallways are nasty and sticky as you walk. The resident rooms are disgusting as if they haven’t been cleaned for a long time especially the restrooms. Some walls have holes in them and they appear to be dirty. The equipment and electronics are very outdated. The food doesn’t appear to be edible. I’m saddened that they still have residents residing there. Hopefully 🤞 there’s updates on the horizon for the facility.
