We had a great experience with this facility while they cared for our grandma in her end of life care. They were kind and caring and made her very comfortable. They also made the rest of the family feel comfortable and cared for as they went through this difficult time. It is obvious that they are striving to make changes to continue to improve the nursing home and provide excellent care to not only the patients, but their families and community.
My mother was at the facility, while on hospice, battling cancer. The facility, while somewhat outdated, is clean. The staff treated my mom and the rest of our family very well. They were friendly, helpful, and very compassionate during the process of our loss. We appreciate everything they did for us.
I stayed in 2022 for three weeks for physical therapy and OT. Jill and Rachel who did my therapy where great. If I needed a good cry when having a bad day, I could do that and talk with them. The nurses and aids helped me and did a good job. The lady who did activities often stopped in my room just to chat. When the lady cleaned my room we chatted, she was so nice. Started out expecting it just to be a job to get a stay at home mom out of the house a few days a week. But now almost 4 years later, still there and choosing to work more!!! Staff is welcoming to new and old residents alike and welcome families/visitors with open arms. A lot of love in that building!!
Very impressed with the quality of care given to my mother in law during her Terminal care. Staff was so caring and compassionate during this difficult time and management went above and beyond for our family. Would highly recommend this facility.
