I just found out they have memory care separated by gender. They have taken great care to specifically designe a unit with cognitive decline in mind. They are smaller units focused on providing the best care possible for your loved one with memory concerns. I highly recommend calling Michelle for a tour. Amazing changes have taken place at Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe! They have even added an in-house dialysis unit for the dialysis residents. The staff are also kind and compassionate! I highly recommend.
I was there in Nov. of 2023 for 9 of the worst days of my life. The facility is not cleaned properly, my food was horrible and cold most of the time, some of the staff were "almost" nice and the rest were snarky and rude. I wouldn't place my worst enemy there.
