Amazing changes have taken place at Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe! They have even added an in-house dialysis unit for the dialysis residents. The staff are also kind and compassionate! I highly recommend.
I was there in Nov. of 2023 for 9 of the worst days of my life. The facility is not cleaned properly, my food was horrible and cold most of the time, some of the staff were "almost" nice and the rest were snarky and rude. I wouldn't place my worst enemy there.
I enjoy seeing the relationship between the staff and the residents. Employees are committed to making the residents happy, Happy holidays!!
My mom has been here for 3 months in there rehabilitation part. I cannot say enough about how great the staff has been with her. The rehab unit is so very nice. We have had to make the decision to move her down to there long term care part of the building. The staff was so very kind and helpful with this very hard decision. I have read a few of the other reviews not sure what they seen but we could not be more happy and pleased to know mom will be well taken care of. God bless all the staff.
