Transfered my father there this past week after a terrible stay at a competitor home. Extremely clean with no smells More importantly his quality of life is being tended to in the following ways: Clothes are always clean He is always dressed and groomed timely Room is clean and tidy, with personal items put away and marked Eats with other residents so he can socialize Spends time doing puzzles and reading the paper with staff, doing things he loves each day Call lights wandered timely I am in the Nursing Home industry, so I... read more

My mom was here hardly 2 months and passed away. Multiple times she was neglected, no nurse coming to the call light, and sometimes just left on the toilet. Multiple times she hit her call light and no one would be even in the hallway so I’d end up helping her. Patients across the hall sometimes were screaming and no one responded. Under staffed, somewhat, but also 80% of the staff don’t see to care one way or another. Some are very sweet and hug me every time I’m there. Others are plain RUDE!

Horrible facility to consider sending a loved one. the office personnel are unprofessional, look sloppy and dress inappropriately and was clueless . i was passed off twice during a tour and the administrator was very rude and lacks customer service. she seemed like she had a attitude that she had to take over plus, she was very cold and sterile not once did she interact with any of the patients and I sensed she doesn't care for them nor does she know them other than name . she also was not at all friendly with the staff n... read more
