My mom has bed bugs right now in room 213 and they won’t do anything about it she’s been asking them for help she’s covered head to toe in holes literal bed bug bites and they won’t do anything to help her: I’m stuck at the YWCA in Hamilton and she can’t come live with me or I’d take her home with me it’s an insult to have my mom covered in bug bites like this. You are dishonoring our country and humankind by allowing this negligence. I have contacted ombudsman but they are doing little to nothing as is pro-seniors. Imma fin... read more
I love the AL All of the nurses and Aides are simply wonderful. I have a family member that lives there on the third floor and she receives excellent care from her Nurses and Aides, and the kitchen staff are good to her too. Overall she has had a great experience while living there.
This place isnt fit to take your dog let alone a human being. My father just died there a week ago. His care was one of the worst places I have ever been in. Under staffed. They left my fathers call button hanging on the wal to where he couldnt get to it. Every time I would hook it back to his bed the next time I came it would be hanging on the wall or thron on the floor. My mother has been a resident for 4 years in assisted living then memory care. We have found the staff to be very attentive to my mothers needs. And recently a great improvement with the activities provided to the residents. Travis Moore has been very engaged and helpful
