Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! If I could leave a negative rating, I absolutely would. My boyfriend called his home warranty when our furnace broke and the house was freezing, but the first day they couldn't send anyone out. The next day, Majestic Plumbing & Heating came to assess the issue. The technician’s name was Jackson Sundt, and he seemed completely inexperienced, needing to call someone for instructions on what to do. Zach came out to do the initial visit and was very professional. He answered our questions and was very professional. I aslo called the main office as I had some additional questions about the home warranty and Bennet also was great with customer service.

The company was easy to work with and get a hold of. Nou, the service person, was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was working great before they left. Highly recommend!

Do not work with this company. There's a reason they have a 3.0 out of 5. And to top it off, their manager Dylan is a condescending dude. Rather than fighting with your clients, why don't you simply fix your issues with clients as a whole? The law average dictates that when you get 3.0 rating that you're the problem not the other way around.
