Leon and Jacob were great. they were friendly, hard working, and conscientious about their work. I would highly recommend Majestic Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. They have serviced my furnace and air conditioner for years and they were there for me when my furnace went out last fall. So being that my furnace and air conditioner were almost 26 years old, it was time to replace them, and glad I did it now so that I was all set for the summer, and not too long before winter would be upon us.
Mike was great! Unbeknownst to me the roads around me were closed for a race, so getting to my house was a task in itself. He was friendly and was able to fix the issue with my AC right before a 90+ degree weekend, so I really appreciated that.
This company has some kind of shady arrangement with warranty companies (in my case, American Home Shield). They worded my estimate to replace my AC system and bloated it in a way that the warranty company only had to pick up a small portion of the cost. They would not work or negotiate with me on it. Then they pressured me and the the warranty company when I asked for a second estimate, assuring me over and over I would not find a better price for an estimate. Guess what? Zach was very personable, professional and skilled, as I was impressed with how quickly to diagnose the problem. On a day we're the temperature outside was well into the 90's and my house was 87° degrees. With an hour total, Zach was able to diagnose the problem, leave to grab the parts, complete repair and troubleshoot the system.
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! If I could leave a negative rating, I absolutely would. My boyfriend called his home warranty when our furnace broke and the house was freezing, but the first day they couldn't send anyone out. The next day, Majestic Plumbing & Heating came to assess the issue. The technician’s name was Jackson Sundt, and he seemed completely inexperienced, needing to call someone for instructions on what to do.
