MY experience with Ben was very positive. He notified me when he was on his way and I could track his movement on the APP for the company. I was well informed on what the process would look like and he had an exit interview with me at the end of the visit. He explained why he hade certain decisions. He was respectful and knowledgeable. I will want him to come back again whenever I need these services.
This company is hands down the best. We've used them several times for various things and every single technician who has been to our home is professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are good and they don't try to upsell. The owner is wonderful too.

Leon and Jacob were great. they were friendly, hard working, and conscientious about their work. I would highly recommend Majestic Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. They have serviced my furnace and air conditioner for years and they were there for me when my furnace went out last fall. So being that my furnace and air conditioner were almost 26 years old, it was time to replace them, and glad I did it now so that I was all set for the summer, and not too long before winter would be upon us.
