Tommie was an excellent Technician. He called ahead of time, was helpful, efficient and went above and beyond. He even changed the furnace filter for me (15 feet up in the air/loft)! He made recommendations to help extend the life of my AC unit and was in/out in less than an hour. HIGHLY recommend this company!
Leon and Jacob were great. they were friendly, hard working, and conscientious about their work. I would highly recommend Majestic Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. They have serviced my furnace and air conditioner for years and they were there for me when my furnace went out last fall. So being that my furnace and air conditioner were almost 26 years old, it was time to replace them, and glad I did it now so that I was all set for the summer, and not too long before winter would be upon us.
The technician from Majestic came to my house to fix my AC system. He checked out the furnace in the basement first and then moved outside to where the fan unit was. He discovered that the compressor was not working properly. He fixed the problem and now my AC works great. All in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Majestic.
This company has some kind of shady arrangement with warranty companies (in my case, American Home Shield). They worded my estimate to replace my AC system and bloated it in a way that the warranty company only had to pick up a small portion of the cost. They would not work or negotiate with me on it. Then they pressured me and the the warranty company when I asked for a second estimate, assuring me over and over I would not find a better price for an estimate. Guess what? Tommie from Majestic performed just how you want a repair person to. He assessed the issues with our (25 year old) AC unit and had the parts to get it up and running in a reasonable amount of time. Avoiding the cost of a new unit was an unexpected bonus.
