Have used MARS for over 20 years because I trust them. I find their honesty and them not trying to upsell me when it’s something minor refreshing. And if the repair will be more than investing in a new appliance then that’s the advice they give. Most recently this happened with my fridge so when I had to buy a new one I called for advice on manufacturers and am so grateful for that advice and explanation for the recommendation.

I am very impressed with Major Appliance Repair Service. Same day service and repair of my oven igniter, and charged me a fair price for the repair. I am so relieved! Professional staff, honest and trustworthy, I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
