We had trouble with the dryer putting out only warm air and shutting off pretty quickly. I called at 08:00 in the morning and the repair person was here at noon!! Pretty amazing! He immediately pinpointed the problem with the vent on the outside. The flap was clogged. We appreciate the thorough and friendly service .
Jason was pleasant and professional. He assessed the problem with our washing machine and gave me the bad news that repairing it would not be a good spend. He showed me a picture of the problem and explained it. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the same morning I called!
Don't get me wrong Jason was a nice guy. My dishwasher is about 20 years old, and the latch was broken. Jason took it apart and called and was told my dishwasher was obsolete and the control panel cannot be replaced. I watched him take it apart and there was a broken plastic tab and screw broke. I paid 99 dollars to watch him take it apart. After he left I simply went to the garage and got a longer screw, and took it apart and put the longer screw in and the damn thing works again.
