I have called so many times with no luck. Its finally gotten to a point where I cannot leave a message since their mailbox is full. My landlord and I have each left 1 message. When they finally did come out, they looked at the appliance and were not sure what to do. They said they would call the landlord to see how he wanted to proceed. My landlord never got a call. I keep calling with no answer. Not only is it hard to reach them but they did not even know how to fix the appliance.

They were quick to respond, kind, informative about the situation. Had a quote before they left, returned with parts and replaced within days. Jason was very excellent to work with! Great job 👏

We have a great experience working with Major Appliance Repair Service Inc on our rental units. Their communication is always clear, timely, and professional. They consistently help us make the right call on whether an appliance should be repaired or replaced, rather than pushing unnecessary work. I would highly recommend Major Appliance Repair Service Inc.
