We signed up for a monthly rental of a container which was put on our property over a year ago. We hadn’t signed the contract before they delivered the unit, so when we went to sign I noticed that we were actually paying for 28 days instead of monthly even though their website said monthly. I asked them about it and was brushed off. I explained that on a short rental (6 months), I’d lose 10 days on the rental. Clean facility & easy customer service. Wishlist for highway 7 Carleton place: door stoppers for when loading into the indoor units, the cement pad infront of the doors gets really slippery and needs texture. Missing overall should give long standing rentals some discounts. Like rent 12 months get 1 free. Watching discounts apply to only new people sucks. Still a great experience & billing was accurate and on time.
I have dealt both with Mathew and Jackson and they both are extremely helpful. We needed extra storage because my son was moving and it was so convenient to get a unit si quickly and at a sale price! I would highly recommend storing your stuff with them! Keep up the great job guys 👍
My wife and I have rented units at both the Townline and Highway 7 Carleton Place locations and have been totally happy with the experience. We've dealt with Jackson for years. He's great! Very personable and helpful. Matt is also friendly and good to work with. The Townline location is THE place to get BBQ propane. Fast and friendly service. Thanks, Guys!!!!
