The folks at Make Space Storage have been extremely helpful over the past year and a half with keeping our stored items safe and assisting with a change of method how our monthly payment is made. Jackson Ford is very helpful and dependable with any issues and enquiries we have. Thank you Make Space Storage. Paul Clarmont and Roger Clarkson, Ottawa ON.
Happy customer. I've been renting here for almost 2 years now and have had very reliable service. Anytime I've needed help with something, I've had no issues contacting their team by phone or email.
Friendly staff are quick to respond to questions and go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction in any situation that arises. Units are clean and well maintained with a good variety of unit sizes to choose from.
Easy to book, great communication, never any issues with access or climate. Very happy with the unit we got!
The renting process was a breeze and when we needed to change our unit because it was to small the Customer Service was outstanding.
