Bad start to it. Worse finish. Promised a first month free. Told that wasn't included when it was literally posted online and a physical sign on the property. Originally rented the unit to store some commercial pieces for a forthcoming business. Once we moved all of that out, there was only a few boxes, tires, etc. left in the unit. Booked on a Thursday. Online process was easy with confirmation emails sent promptly. Make Space Team called next day but forgot to share company pad lock code so on Sunday I could not march in. Sorted quickly on Monday morning. Jackson came by when I was moving stuff into the unit to make sure everything was good. Very friendly and helpful team in Carleton Place.
I needed a container to hold furniture while my house was being renovated so I called Make Space Storage in Carleton Place. I spoke to Jackson Ford who was able to schedule prompt delivery of a container. The day before the container was due to be delivered I realized that I would actually need 2 containers. Clean, very accessible storage units, transactions to move in the storage and move out were very easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend
Dealing with Jackson at Make Space was a pleasure. He is professional, easy to talk to, and understands what it takes to keep a customer happy. I will be calling him if/when I need storage again
