I needed a container to hold furniture while my house was being renovated so I called Make Space Storage in Carleton Place. I spoke to Jackson Ford who was able to schedule prompt delivery of a container. The day before the container was due to be delivered I realized that I would actually need 2 containers. Clean, very accessible storage units, transactions to move in the storage and move out were very easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend

Dealing with Jackson at Make Space was a pleasure. He is professional, easy to talk to, and understands what it takes to keep a customer happy. I will be calling him if/when I need storage again

Not Great. The lady who took my reservation was nice- that’s the one star. Showed up during business hours to find the office closed and the gates locked. In the rental agreement it says to show up at the front gate to verify your identity- not sure how I could have done that with a big ol’ padlock on the whole site. I was told there was easy access even after hours. I called and emailed several times for help but nobody returned my calls. It was easy to set up and easy to cancel. Cheapest storage by far and was good for the price!
