I was very happy with the service provided by Make space storage. Ailene was very helpful when I first called to enquire, answered all my question. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Tamara and Phil. The unit was clean and easy access. If ever I need storage again I would definitely use this facility again and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much

I've been storing with Make Space for over 2 years now and they are so great to deal with. The people are prompt and friendly, and the storage units are well kept. It gives me good peace of mind knowing my things are well taken care of!

Marvie was very helpful, excellent communication and took her time explaining the details. Her friendly manner made the process very easy. We also dealt with Patrick on Townline who was very helpful too. Highly recommend.

Moved over Easter weekend and the office was closed when we arrived with our U-Haul. We were supposed to get a code sent to us that morning for the lock but did not receive anything. Thankfully the customer service line was very helpful in getting that code over the phone but it was still an extra delay/stress that we didn’t need. There was also a wasp nest (broken/empty) at the bottom of the storage unit which we swept out. Booking system online was very easy and otherwise the location and access hours seem to be great.

Charmaine was very helpful and friendly. Nice to deal with. Although I have not moved in yet, it was a good experience setting it up.
