Went to my locker it had been 2-3 years since last visit , everything was layered and covered with mice feces. Gross and dirty!! I cancelled on spot new company has raised rates 2 times since June and no more Veteran discount.
Had a wonderful year of renting a locker to store all of our home goods while moving around the country! Austin has been a great add to the management team with reliable friendly communication, problem solving and any needs or concerns that came up! Thank you for security over the year and would highly recommend for anyone in need of a locker in this area!
Everything was amazing til it came under new ownership. I paid cash with previous ownership for a year , when it came to renew I offered another year cash and they said .......NO CASH What is with this "WOKE" people. How stupid. In biz you have all options for payment available, otherwise they go elsewhere. COMMON SENCE, I value my priva y and don't need woke people over my shoulder. I opened the account on line which was relatively easy. The manager was great and super helpful! I had multiple gate issues, but was able to get it sorted out
Absolutely dreadful experience. After paying my first month in advance (with a promotion of the second month free) I couldn't access my unit for two days because they had given me the wrong access code. Then they refunded the rental cost for those days but not the tax paid on that, which is illegal. They eventually credited my account with the full amount after I pointed out the illegality of that behaviour.
