This was the first time I used storage. I was building a new house and needed temp storage that changed a few times while storage was required. Sean was awesome to deal with and helped me out at every change. Highly recommend reaching out to them if you need storage!
We rented a unit for a few months while awaiting our condo possession date. The facility is secure and Sean at the front office was helpful and attentive. The storage unit did not have any interior lighting, so we had to be mindful of daylight hours over the winter. But overall this unit worked well for our needs.
Recently we needed to rent a storage unit for my father in law and his wife as he suffered a debilitating stroke in December and lost their home due to their hospital stay and ongoing recovery. When I contacted Make Space Storage in Beaumont I spoke with a wonderful woman over the phone from the main call line who went over our needs and explained the price breakdown in excellent detail. Manager Sean is exceptional! He made my moving process so much easier. He was so accommodating by even going in on his day off to give me a bigger unit right across from the smaller one I could not fit everything into. Wonderful customer experience.
Good customer care, great facility. The heat seems to be a bit low or perhaps I was there during a cold snap or during the heat's off-cycle. Not a huge concern. I'd rent again if I have a need in the future. Sean has been great with customer care. Thanks again!
