Manager Sean is exceptional! He made my moving process so much easier. He was so accommodating by even going in on his day off to give me a bigger unit right across from the smaller one I could not fit everything into. Wonderful customer experience.
Amazing experience, moving into the storage unit was flawless. Easy to get in and out. Sean provided great service and even addressed a concern that might need to fixed right away. Very happy to have all our equipment close by and support locally.
Delays!! I feel like I could've moved in to this storage unit 1 month from the time I did and had a much better experience, but I guess they don't make money from empty units. I'm thinking that this is why the place is renting at a discounted rate. I've been able to access the facility once, and only because there were contractors working on a Saturday. New clean units, excellent services. The employee at the reception is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Our experience was AAA.
Very clean and open space, was so easy to move stuff on ground level ,I was waiting for long time, staff is very polite and helpful... Price is very very good compared to my other storage before....
