We rented a unit for a few months while awaiting our condo possession date. The facility is secure and Sean at the front office was helpful and attentive. The storage unit did not have any interior lighting, so we had to be mindful of daylight hours over the winter. But overall this unit worked well for our needs.

Manager Sean is exceptional! He made my moving process so much easier. He was so accommodating by even going in on his day off to give me a bigger unit right across from the smaller one I could not fit everything into. Wonderful customer experience.

Good customer care, great facility. The heat seems to be a bit low or perhaps I was there during a cold snap or during the heat's off-cycle. Not a huge concern. I'd rent again if I have a need in the future. Sean has been great with customer care. Thanks again!

Amazing experience, moving into the storage unit was flawless. Easy to get in and out. Sean provided great service and even addressed a concern that might need to fixed right away. Very happy to have all our equipment close by and support locally.

Delays!! I feel like I could've moved in to this storage unit 1 month from the time I did and had a much better experience, but I guess they don't make money from empty units. I'm thinking that this is why the place is renting at a discounted rate. I've been able to access the facility once, and only because there were contractors working on a Saturday. (A secure access has yet to be installed.)By the time I'm home at 5:30 pm the place is a ghost town and to me that doesn’t make very good business sense for somewhere that's ... read more
