After a less than ideal call centre interaction, to the point the franchise was going to deter me from even dealing with them at all, the owners of Make Space Blackfalds directly contacted me to make it right. They saved the day honestly. I knew what I needed. They had it. We made the deal. This storage facility has always been nothing but helpful. They try to figure out a way to meet your needs. I have been using this facility for years and have always been satisfied with the service.
Love this place. It is close to us and they do their best to accommodate our needs. Very friendly staff who were able to get us an additional unit within minutes over the phone.
