My experience was good regarding booking and payment, however upon entering the code to open the gate I had issues. The code I was given didn’t work and I was stuck at the front gate for half hour before finally the guy monitoring by the yard allowed us in with a truck full of items. I called repeatedly multiple numbers and couldn’t reach anyone. My call was returned an hour or two later. That is enough of a mistake that I can’t give a 5 star review. Great storage space. We stored items over the winter season. No vermin or bugs anywhere in or near storage. Very clean and well kept. Friendly staff member on site. Would recommend it to anyone looking for safe and clean storage.
Posted hours are incorrect for allowing access to the grounds. There is no one to call for assistance before the office opens. If you're flexible with the times for accessing your belongings, then it's definitely secure, convenient, and we'll maintained. However, if you need to count on access before 10am, I would be very cautious.
Excellent service and facility. Julien and team were excellent to deal with for the many years we used their facility in Brechin. Would definitely recommend for your storage needs.
Would be 5 stars but Gate was not working. Fortunately the Security guard was on duty and allowed me to use the secondary gate.
