Fast response always. Even though they were closed for Good Friday, Chris made sure I had access to the unit I was interested in renting when I was available to go check it out. I was able to pay over the phone with Anne who was friendly and helpful. The process was a great option for me because I could deal with viewing and choosing the unit when it was convenient for me. The flexibility of the staff to accommodate my needs was a big part of my decision to sign the contract and rent from Make Space Storage.

Make Space Storage in Goderich is a great place to store your possessions. It has a number if options for you. It’s clean and is a well organized business. Staff are super helpful. Security is excellent!

I have not found the security to be great. For weeks the place was left unlocked at main entrance and the indoor locker access. It felt unsafe for me to go there alone. Hopefully the new system will make it better. The upper management team was helpful in addressing the issue.

We had rented a storage unit and when we arrived to fill it we found that the entry door did not open properly and the unit was too small for our needs. We called for assistance and were quickly assigned a new and larger unit. We were assisted by Fil who was very patient and efficiently solved all our issues.
