We have used this storage for the last 5 years. We have always found them to be polite and helpful.
We had good experience with “Make Space Storage” Good terrain, enough space around the RV, easy access to the storage property.
Terrible service. My advice is don’t leave a credit card number with these folks. They unauthorizedly charge my credit card without providing a storage place access number. Cost me 1,200 after renting a truck getting it packed and then unpacked. Now taking them to small claims court. Had to lodge a complaint with credit card company and now have to wait for reverse charges from them. Rip off outfit and untrustworthy. Calling the OPP who place in the category of a civil claim.
Ive been at Mooney street since it was built . Really enjoying my commercial unit with the man door and full size overhead heated floors and power in the unit . The new owners are really easy to talk to and return calls when needed .
