Second time using this self storage. I love it. Secure. Clean. Affordable. And Fil was amazing on the call with me. She made it easy and enjoyable to secure my space.
we have had a great experience. When the door was damaged by an accident they were quick to call us and have me come over with a key to open the door and get it repaired. There is also easy access.
I'm pleased with my experience at Make Space Storage. They've implemented some thoughtful updates that have improved accessibility and made things more convenient overall. Accessing the gate is now much smoother, which is a welcome change. It's also reassuring to know there's an office nearby in case any issues arise;they've made it easy to get support if needed. We've been using this facility for about 29 years in the same location.
Do not rent space here. I had a trailer stolen from this property. They have refused to do anything about it. They advertise a gated and secure facility and the gate has been open for months. I called and asked if they had any theft and they lied and said no yet I lost over $30,000 from there. DO NOT RENT HERE. Going to the media to tell my story. They ask you to sign a waiver that signs all your rights away. Beware! Would give less than one star if there was one.
Stored my show truck over winter months. Staff very helpfull and pleasant to deal with. Recently the gate did not work, but person was there immediatelly to assist.
