I had such a great experience with Patrick from Make Space! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He handled everything quickly and professionally. It’s rare these days to find a person that truly cares about helping but they absolutely do.
I stopped by yesterday to rent a space, and while it's easy to do online, the experience in person was great. One of the biggest influences on choosing Make Space were all of the positive reviews about Patrick, who did not disappoint. I appreciated the clean, open layout of the office where I could browse moving supplies, and the obvious ease of the space as a Purolator option. Patrick, the manager at Make Space Storage, has been incredible since day one. He went above and beyond to support us through one of our hardest moves and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Even when we moved in on a day the office was closed, he made sure our unit was ready for us. They even organized an event where storage renters could sell items, like a big garage sale — such an awesome touch! I called the office several times to discuss options. I was always treated with utmost respect and both team members are very good at their job. It a family atmosphere for sure! I highly recommend this facility. New to Grimsby my friend told me about her storage locker and I was in the facility to help her for 2 days.. IMMACULATE facility from entrance to lockers outside. The staff specifically, Patrick all get a five star in my books. The facility is very clean, easy to use keypad entry into the facility and out very secure. They were able to assist us with a flawless and easy transition between units making sure that the customer experience was always a priority.
