I stopped by yesterday to rent a space, and while it's easy to do online, the experience in person was great. One of the biggest influences on choosing Make Space were all of the positive reviews about Patrick, who did not disappoint. I appreciated the clean, open layout of the office where I could browse moving supplies, and the obvious ease of the space as a Purolator option. The staff specifically, Patrick all get a five star in my books. The facility is very clean, easy to use keypad entry into the facility and out very secure. They were able to assist us with a flawless and easy transition between units making sure that the customer experience was always a priority.
My staging warehouse was full and we needed to destage a house. I found Make Space Storage that is only 3 mins away from my warehouse and they set me up! Patrick was very accommodating and respectful. I am grateful to have them as a back up option when I run out of room at my own space. Highly recommend. Check them out.
The facility is super clean and easy to access. The units are a good size and my things were well protected. Patrick was such a great help, going over and above to be of assistance to me. Five stars for sure!
Patrick was personable, attentive and supportive made our expedience of downsizing less stressful and easy. No complaints just compliments.
