Fantastic experience with Make Space Grimsby! The facility is super clean, secure, and easy to access. Patrick and the rest of staff were friendly and went out of their way to make the whole process smooth from start to finish. Booking and moving in were both simple, and the units are well-kept and climate-controlled. You can tell they really care about their customers and keeping the place in great shape. Highly recommend Make Space- Grimsby if you need short- or long-term storage — definitely the best option in the area!
I’ve dealt with Pat at Make Space several times and have had nothing but positive experiences. He’s always available to help if I need anything, give excellent service and super friendly. I had such a great experience with Patrick from Make Space! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He handled everything quickly and professionally. It’s rare these days to find a person that truly cares about helping but they absolutely do.
Patrick and staff are absolutely amazing! Great communication and amazing rates. Also a great feeling our storage unit has the proper security, with also making us have easy access to our unit. Definitely recommend!
Have been with Make Space Storage for 3 years. When I needed to come back again, they gave me a great rate and savings. Very kind and very good to work with!
