I recently rented a storage unit at Make Space, and the experience has been absolutely phenomenal. Patrick has truly gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Each time I visit, the entrance to my storage unit is impeccably clean, even after a heavy snowfall. It's a testament to the dedication and care Patrick puts into his work.
The staff here has been extremely helpful. I really appreciate their services. Dealing with the general manager Eddie has been exceptionally well in particular. He is a stand up man, and I appreciate his assistance in my storage matters.
Had to contact Patrick for some info, he was very happy to obtain the info I requested. He emailed the info along with receipts promptly, going above and beyond what I asked for. Thanks again Patrick.
I reserved this unit 6 days ago. I was informed by email that a manager would provide me via email or phone a code to access the unit I had rented. If I had not called central booking, I would have shown up tomorrow and not been able to move in, as NOONE contacted me. First experience is not great. Their excuse was a holiday schedule. There are business days I between the holidays. Someone should have checked their email and been diligent in securing a new customer.
Always the best customer service. Make stopping in so easy and convenient, and are amazing at getting things sorted nice and quick!
