The whole process takes about 30 minutes. We showed up on a Saturday at about 1:00pm and the door was locked (they close at 1:00pm on Saturday)…..but the gentleman let us in. The lady on the counter walked us through the process, explaining the hours of entry, taking copies of our ID, giving us bundle options etc. (like I said, about half an hour). Nothing but a positive experience! Clean, secure, well maintained. Fast and easy check in, lots of different size options. Patrick was great! Offered his number 24/7 if I need anything. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work and great customer service!
Fantastic experience with Make Space Grimsby! The facility is super clean, secure, and easy to access. Patrick and the rest of staff were friendly and went out of their way to make the whole process smooth from start to finish. Booking and moving in were both simple, and the units are well-kept and climate-controlled. You can tell they really care about their customers and keeping the place in great shape. Highly recommend Make Space- Grimsby if you need short- or long-term storage — definitely the best option in the area!
I love this facility, I’ve used other storage places but Patrick makes this amazing. He’s so incredibly kind and helpful every time I go in. I have a locker here but today I went in to pick up a package and even though I was away I knew Patrick would not have sent it back. He had it ready for me. This is the kind of personable service that is lacking in so many places these days but not here. Thank you Patrick!
