Very convenient being able to do everything online whereas with other storage facilities you need to make it to their office before close or you're out of luck. The gate code app was very nice too, being able to open the gate from your phone was an unexpected luxury. The facility was clean and orderly, my unit suited me perfectly, had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely return here whenever I have need of a storage unit.

We were very pleased with how courteously we were received. The contract was well reviewed. We received clear directions to our site as it was at a different location. We are pleased to have selected Make Space Storage.

They truly need to pay some attention to the north site. There are several large gaps in the fence around the premises. You can see where people go in and out. There are no security cameras or any type of security. There has been a shady guy staying in his motor home parked by his storage unit all the time. We have had stuff stolen off our trailer more than once. So until they fix the fence and protect the yard as it should be my rating will stay the same.

I've been asked to review my experience. You ask so I give. Instructions were terrible. I discovered the pin number given to me wasn't for the gate after I arrived with a load. After I returned home loaded I had no choice but get the app. Then the locker was locked with a padlock, and no one gave me a number until I reached a human. Then another load I couldn't get in because I found out I had to have internet access to activate the app since I hadn't been there for a couple.
