Really friendly place! My family was there for Customer Appreciation Day. Some of the unit holders were selling things out of their units, kind of like an indoor market! I've never seen something like that at a storage company but it felt more like family than business!
Wonderful, organised and helpful. And really affordable! Only problem was that my larger format padlock wouldn't fit the latch. Luckily my partner also had one we could use.
I'm at the Webster location in Kitchener and I find it very convenient to get to. Oscar is a great guy to work with!
I have had this storage for about a year now and I really like how easy it is to access. I love how large the facility is. I like that it is inside and heated! And I got one of the smaller units yet it fits so much. The service has always been so helpful and very nice. Also very accommodating. No issues whatsoever I am really glad I chose this storage facility.
This place has FALSE Advertisement!! Does not have drive up and heated/ climate controlled storage available at the Kitchener location. It has inside controlled heated and climate controlled units but again does not have DRIVE UP UNITS. They use portable storage units that are fixed c-cans as there storage !! This place also has only one bay for persons to unload and load storage items. Leaving zero room for multiple persons/vehicles to be dropping off and picking up at one time.
