Called and booked our storage units with Denny who was very helpful in identifying what size units we would need for our move. On the day of arrival James was there and had everything ready to go for us and ensured both units were swept clean and moisture free. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Due to the settling of an Estate in Port Perry I needed to find safe, secure and heated storage for my contents at short notice. We are a family of 7. In the process of moving. First time using storage. Selena was so amazing in showing us what was needed for our moving. She was very empathetic and compassionate to our needs and helped us in all our storage needs. We saved so much money using the Port Perry Storage site as opposed to the storage units in Whitby. I highly recommend Vaultra storage and ask for Selena she is amazing!
