Called and booked our storage units with Denny who was very helpful in identifying what size units we would need for our move. On the day of arrival James was there and had everything ready to go for us and ensured both units were swept clean and moisture free. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
We are a family of 7. In the process of moving. First time using storage. Selena was so amazing in showing us what was needed for our moving. She was very empathetic and compassionate to our needs and helped us in all our storage needs. We saved so much money using the Port Perry Storage site as opposed to the storage units in Whitby. I highly recommend Vaultra storage and ask for Selena she is amazing!
Due to the settling of an Estate in Port Perry I needed to find safe, secure and heated storage for my contents at short notice. I called Vaultra to talk about short term storage during our forthcoming relocation. To say I was pleasantly surprised with the interaction is an understatement. Denny was friendly, efficient and made me feel like a valued client before I even became one. I don't give out many reviews, but Denny was a solid 5 out of 5.
Had a very positive experience working with James at Vaultra. Great communication, customer service, he went above and beyond, even as far as welcoming us to the neighborhood and making sure we had what we needed to be secure storing our belongings. He was diligent and helpful with the entirety of the time we needed the space. With recommend to anyone needing storage in Port Perry.
