Need to keep in contact with your customers and provide them with the right information then it would be worth a five star otherwise its coming along. Safe to store your stuff and no issue. Very safe place to store your belongings
How they operate now is shady. They let you move your stuff in without you signing anything. Now they don’t even email me anymore, just send a text asking for payment even though I had automatic withdrawal setup. They don’t answer the phone at their old number listed on last month’s bill/receipt.

Our experience with Make Space was disappointing. Despite booking online and receiving an email confirmation to store our camping trailer, we found the facility closed upon arrival with no access options. Similar issues occurred during our scheduled pickup, leaving us stranded without our trailer to stay in. Repeated calls and messages went unanswered, forcing us to arrange last-minute accommodations.
