Our snowmobiles were stolen but RCMP found them and I just found out today April 7 2024 they were stolen again. Definitely an inside job because you would need a fob to get in and out. I took my tent trailer out of there this place is not secure. I phone their emergency number and they don't answer the phone. Over priced for their storage and RCMP even let me know that they get so many calls for that place. I would not recommend it. It was better when that family owned it.
Avoid this place. Check with the RCMP , it's insecure. I was robbed prior January 5th. But wasn't informed until the 28th. The door was wide open the entire time. No camera on the locker. 2 other lockers were broken into at the same time. I was told by 'Jeffery' the next month would be free. It wasn't. Just avoid.
Jeffrey’s customer service is second to none. I called the day I pulled up with a trailer full of stuff and he got me a perfect, clean unit in a couple minutes. Everything worked; access times are great & it was a great experience. I’d definitely rent a unit again if I needed one.
Very clean units and very adorable and the staff always goes the extra mile to accommodate all your needs
Had an awesome experience today checking out the storage space! Jeffrey was most helpful in aiding me determine which unit would work the best for me. I will definitely be back when it’s time to store my stuff. If you like great customer service, this is definitely the place to go to. Bruce
