How they operate now is shady. They let you move your stuff in without you signing anything. Now they don’t even email me anymore, just send a text asking for payment even though I had automatic withdrawal setup. They don’t answer the phone at their old number listed on last month’s bill/receipt.
They were so easy to deal with, pleasant and the process was easy. Tanner is Prince Albert is the best made it very easy for me and so accommodating.
Tanner in the office is great - he is very friendly & took his time to review our options to help us decide on the best fit for our storage unit for cost, security & access. The location is ideal & the unit was clean when we arrived.
Our experience with Make Space was disappointing. Despite booking online and receiving an email confirmation to store our camping trailer, we found the facility closed upon arrival with no access options. Similar issues occurred during our scheduled pickup, leaving us stranded without our trailer to stay in. Repeated calls and messages went unanswered, forcing us to arrange last-minute accommodations. I want to warn potential customers about our experience with Make Space in Prince Albert. We live in Regina and had two camping trips planned in Waskesiu three weeks apart. To avoid hauling our trailer back and forth, we booked storage at Make Space. Our reservation, scheduled for drop-off on June 23rd and pickup on July 11th, was confirmed via their online system without any indication of potential issues.
