This is my first time renting a storage. The experience is excellent! Very easy to get in and out. Entire facility is clean and safe. Shelly at the front desk is super nice, and knowledgeable which gave us many tips to use the storage. Strongly recommended.
Rented a 10 X 20 Unit for around 3 months. Customer Rep Priscilla was great and always helpful when needed. Unit was new and clean. 24 hour access was handy but seems to be the standard for all storage providers. Given 3 stars due to the 28 day billing cycle(works out to 13 payments per year). Would have kept the unit longer if Monthly billing was in place. Trying to squeeze that extra payment yearly has lost a customer/unit rental. I’ve never rented a storage unit before but Priscila from Waterdown Storage, made this an excellent experience. The facility is clean, well managed and easily accessible. If I ever need a storage unit again this is the best place to get one.
