Had a Great customer service experience with Elsa. She made everything smooth and explained things well. She doesn’t waste time and is very accommodating to your specific needs. She makes you feel like a valued customer.
We rented a unit at Make Space two weeks ago and it was easy peasy. Elsa was cheerful and friendly despite working under significant pressure, and sorted us out nicely with a good deal. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: This whole situation was a misunderstanding (someone else moved into the unit that I cancelled) and the place honestly took ownership, called me, trained new staff, and did what they had to do. I recommend this place if you are looking to support Canadian owned and operated businesses.
