I love make space Storage, this is my third or fourth time there and I've never had any problems other than being locked in past 10:00 pm. Maybe if I got a number for just in case that may happen in the future nothing on purpose but it would be nice to have a number just in case it may happen another time that's all other than that I like having my stuff at your storage facility. Had to change my review been storing items for over 10 years nee company took over added a cost for insurance then added the price 40 dollars sent a price increase to a old email that i took off file never called payed ontime every month. Had extra late fees added for the added amount i wanted aware of reached out to management they were rude wouldnt remove late fees unable to get into my unit was told to call head office called left a message no response i want to cancel and my stuff to another company but no responses stay... read more
I paid for a whole month and was not credited anything back although I had cleaned the locker out ahead of time. The price continually went up ,although the yard was clean and I kept the locker neat clean the mice were still out of control they still manage to get in and destroy things , when I addressed about getting some of the credit back they said they would let me know , still waiting to hear from them
I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free.
