I have had a storage unit here for going on 5 years. The staff have been incredible to deal with. The cost of the unit is very affordable in comparison to other places. The sea container I chose to rent was practically brand new when I got it and was meticulously clean inside. Never had a issue with rodents. A very positive experience and would recommend to any one in need of storage needs.
Great experience thus far. Dealings over email and the phone were professional and timely. I was able to get the size of container I wanted and have it delivered on the day I wanted. The driver who made the delivery was excellent. He called and gave me 15min notice and was very careful and thoughtful when placing the container in my driveway. Once he leveled it, he realized the wooden blocks were sticking out too far, which wouldn't allow me to drive my vehicle past the container, so he lifted it up again and repositioned th... read more
We enjoy the access to the facility through the app. It makes it very easy to get in and out, and always feels secure. The only problem we have had is we did not get the full 12 week advertised promotional rate when we first booked the spot. For some reason we only received 8 weeks at promotional rate, and were told there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that, they are friendly and it suits our needs, as it is close to home.
We’ve been using Make Space for several years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are consistently helpful and readily available whenever assistance is needed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very secure, which is especially important to us. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the storage services and amenities provided.
