Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in! I moved in after hours on a weekend and needed help resetting my gate code—Chad handled it quickly, accurately, and with a genuinely friendly attitude. Great customer service like this is rare. This establishment was amazing with helping us store our belongings on their property and giving us a really great deal. The Storage Container was very clean and secure on site. James & Brian took the time to listen to our needs and went way beyond the call of duty to help us with a very stressful time in our lives. These guys really care about their customers. My husband and I highly recommend this wonderful establishment to any-one, who is in need of a storage container.
Arrangement of locker and pass code went really smooth. Simple enough! Craig was clear and concise with the package. Just started loading, with more to come. Rented for 3 months. Excellent experience.
