Was easy to reserve a storage unit..I found it difficult to understand the customer service lady because of the accent, but she was very understanding. It took a phone call and three different access codes to first get into the storage unit. Which was frustrating, but customer service was friendly. Prices are fair. And signing the elink was very confusing in the beginning. My unit was clean when I moved my items. Whole process was only slightly frustrating.
Wanted to switch units to the other building and they helped and switched it within minutes very friendly customer service
They are well maintained and everyone is so nice to deal with
Great people to work with, my original storage unit door wouldn't open and one call I was assigned another unit. Prices are reasonable, units are clean and dry. I highly recommend Make Space Storage
Employees either stole my belongings or failed to report that my unit was broken into.
