I’ve been seeing Dr Shenava for more years than I can count and was reluctant to go to virtual visits. However the transition has been so very easy to navigate. It really is so convenient for us all.
Dr. Shenava did a great job, as always. She gets to the point right away, sends out approvals for refilling my meds promptly, and wastes no time in directly sending me to the staff at LifeStance who set up a follow-through appointment as well.
