Had first service done on my 2024 bronco sport badlands, also Zak paint protection, and had fender flares installed, turned out awesome, Aliana did great job as my service advisor, getting me transportation back and forth. Have bought several vehicles from mall of Georgia Ford,return for service, would highly recommend when you're looking for a vehicle or service.
I am beyond disappointed and would never bring your car here. I have a 3 year old car that was having significant issues. I brought it here to be fixed. I left my car here for 3 weeks (no rental was offered at all) and they constantly were giving me a run around. The service advisor, Brandon, told me the car couldn’t be fixed, then that they ordered the part. I finally called a week after that and was told my car was fixed and I could pick it up that day. Super disappointed in this service visit. They admitted to not even looking at the car yet are trying to charge $10,000 to fix the bearings. They said it will take 25 labor hours to fix. I left and took my car to a different service provider who charged $1K and did it in 4 hours. I lost my $200 for a "diagnosis" that didn't even happen. My friend was able to tell me over the phone without even looking at the car that the bearings were the problem. So why was this diagnosis $200?
