Dr. Sridhar is an excellent listener & enters into all my concerns. I value new advice & understanding.
Extremely happy with Dr. Sridhar. She asked a lot of questions to understand my family history and then provided detailed explanations for any concerns.
Months after I saw her for an ANNUAL visit, I was told that I owe a copay. Knowing that I do not owe one for annual visits, I inquired. Found out she charged my insurance for an office visit also. Her staff stated that it's because she gave me referrals to specialists. The thing with this is, she voluntarily provided the referrals and even so, why would they think this warrants billing for an additional visit for the same appt? I didn't even receive the full time of my original (annual) visit, as the doctor was running late.... read more
