My first time going there in August, I was very happy. The guy that cut my hair was very good, very professional, and very nice. Great experience. So I scheduled another appointment for Wednesday the 14th last week for 6:00 PM. When I showed up at 5:55 PM the place was closed, locked up and dark. I then called left a message told them what it happened that they needed to call me and so we could find out what happened and then possibly reschedule. No one called me back. Even after leaving a below average Yelp rating and message, I still haven't received a callback from these people. This convinced me that I needed to go to another place, which I did. What can they do to improve? It's pretty obvious. Make sure you show up for your appointments and if you're not going to do that, make sure that you get in touch with the clients so they know not to drive there.
