I have used Mannix for almost 8 years on recommendation from the previous owner of my home. They are always responsive, provide reasonable prices and great services. I especially appreciate their quick response when my air conditioning unexpectedly failed one evening. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my system operational within an hour after arrival. The customer service, the efficiency of the technicians, the professionalism of the sales rep and their reasonable price is literally the best I have experienced and I highly recommend this company. Mannix has been very reliable and easy to work with. Recently KP and Emanuel performed a service on our home. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed a minor repair. They were polite and worked independently. I would use them again.

We appreciate KP! He’s patient when asked to explain things twice, polite, takes pics for our review and helps us in any ways he can.
