I have used Mannix for almost 8 years on recommendation from the previous owner of my home. They are always responsive, provide reasonable prices and great services. I especially appreciate their quick response when my air conditioning unexpectedly failed one evening. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my system operational within an hour after arrival. Mannix heating did an excellent job from the same day visit to estimate a furnace replacement to the installation technician who did an excellent job installing both the furnace and a steam humidifier. I used them for my other furnace 3 years ago and that was also a great experience. I had other estimates and they were the most competitive too. You won’t go wrong with this company.

I have been working with Mannix Heating & Cooling for 4 years since they installed my heating and cooling systems and I have no complaints. In fact, only good things to say about them which motivated this review. Today was a great example. Technician Erick Aviles visited me today to check my heating system. He did a great job because he carefully evaluated the issue, found the root cause, made the necessary repair and explained everything in a way that is easy to understand.
