Avoid Khatami and Lifestance as a whole. Bait & Switch tactics and wholly inadequate providers. This guy could not have been less interested in providing services. I don't know if the problem was the scheduler, the provider, or both. I told the scheduler, who is clearly outsourced by lifestance and not affiliated with the provider whatsoever that I was referred to lifestance for Therapy. Left a message on his portal 4 days after being prescribed depression medication that’s was causing some uncomfortable side effects. He never ask about the medications I was on and interactions that could happen. Partly my fault forgetting to give him a list I was on. Never heard from him. Been 7 days. Very disappointed.
While I generally prefer in person doctor visits, I am getting used to these online telehealth places that seem to be taking over. So far, I'm happy with the process and level of care I've received.
Dr. Was pleasant and understanding. Asked me lots of questions and listened to my answers. Glad to be seen here.
Very happy with Dr K Appointments. He always calls me exactly at my appointment time..... I would proudly recommend him to anyone who needs a professional psychiatrist!!
