My husband and I I moved in March of 22. We love it here and will stay as long as we can. The community here is great. Everyone is so friendly. The office staff is wonderful. They have at least once a month an event such as brunch, pizza night, tacos and much more. The amenities, fitness center, dog park and pool are the best. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
Rude staff. I wasn't even greeted, acknowledged or offered a seat when I walked in. The 2 front office ladies were on the phone chatting away and laughing and couldn't even put the person on the person on hold for 2 secs to acknowledge me. I asked the maintenance man a question im English, and he responded in ENGLISH saying he doesn't speak English. Lol. Waited almost 10mins and walked out. Don't bother renting here. Will be bad experience. Such a shame!!
My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years now. We are moving out now only because, financially, with 2 kids we have now, we can not swing it. That said, we do not want to move. Over the last 3 years, the staff has always been amazing, maintenance is fast and great, we live the area, love the gym, being by the lake, and really love everything here. It's sad we are moving. I am going to give an honest, straight from the heart review because I know this can help the next person just like me. It's been less than 30 days since I moved into here and I am extremely dissatisfied! I had a feeling in my gut before I even moved in that this wasn't going to be the living experience I hoped for. Very nice apartment community we love our apartment plus we have an oversized 2 car garage and nice back yard the staff is always very friendly and helpful especially Paulina and Julia they are the best i would give this place 5stars but the reason im not is cause other tenants they are very nosey and complain about every little thing on their fb community page and act like they own everything on the property but other than that an awesome place to live just be prepared for the Karen’s and Ken’s
