These apartments are awful! I have only been living there for 2 months and I already regret my choice. First of all I agree with the other two reviews about the buildings not being built adequately. Fortunately I am not on the first floor, but I have had my neighbor downstairs knock at my door and ask if my children were running or jumping. Just moved out of these God Awful apartments and I'm so happy. First moved into these when they were first built and based my decision on the look because they look really nice but they are built very poorly. If you're deciding to move into these apartments I should warn you. Don't even consider getting a first floor apartment your like will, I repeat, will be miserable and there's nothing the managers, you nor the upstairs tenants can do about it. My family and I were one of the first to move into these apartements in August of 2008 when they weren't even finished with all of the apartments. At first we thought they were very nice apartements until we discovered how thin and poorly built they are. The apartments' walls and insulation are so thin you can hear the other tenants showering, flushing the toilet, talking, washing their clothes and dish washer, and even using the restroom among other unmentionable things.
