we recently stopped by the mansions of McKinney and had a wonderful experience with Z. She was very professional right when we walked in, greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable about the Property. This property is very blessed to have Z. She definitely needs to be promoted. 10/10 recommended

This apartment complex is unsafe and dishonest. Please read my full experience before renting here. I rented an apartment here during a very difficult time in my life. I was going through problems in my marriage and needed a quiet place for myself. I already own a home, so this was just meant to be a temporary space for peace of mind. Love living at the Mansions. The events are great, neighbors look out for each other, I love not living right in the bulk of McKinney. I just renewed my lease and have nothing but great things to say. My family will be here for 5 more months until our home is ready and we will truly be sad to leave when it is time.

We recently toured this property and were both taken aback by the amenities and HUGE floor plans! Definitely in our top 3 prospective future homes. Giovanna was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our search for a new home.

I don't usually like to write public reviews, but I just wanted to give a shout-out to Z who helped me move in 4 days after I applied for an apartment. Without her help I wouldn't have been able to get in on the date that I wanted. She is amazing! On top of that, this community is so quiet and peaceful. I'm looking forward to being here for a long time, this is a great place to live!!
