2 kids with special needs with multiple referrals, all "closed" and they can't provide a reason why they closed the referrals. They give you the runaround, with each call and transfer being 30+ minutes on hold with BS info given at the end of the call that gets you nowhere. No care whatsoever that these children need urgent assistance. Now I have 2 kids sitting at home with zero therapies. Worst experience I've had and wish I hadn't chosen this clinic. Bhavin Doshi is the best pediatrician I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for my boys and nieces. Very caring and understanding as a pediatrician and parent. Only thing I would hope is that the clinic had direct line to reach out instead of a call center
I have been going here for years and their office is always clean and everyone is nice. BUT it's hard to get anyone on the phone. Try calling for an appointment and no one ever answers. I think this needs to be addressed immediately.
I have been going to Golden Valley Clinic for six years. Yesterday was my worst experience ever. The doctor was really unprofessional. I wasn’t in pain on my right shoulder and my hand and he touched me really aggressive. I have never experienced anything like that before I left The clinic crane the only nice person was the nurse assistant that she gave me my discharge papers and she was the one explaining a little bit more of my next appointment. Worst doctor ever I don’t wanna go back to that clinic again.
GVHC Manteca - horrible first impression! Doctor gave the impression and demonstrated that he practices patient neglect, Dr wasn't interested and we have to wait 3 months to see him again for other issues.... such b.s.!
