I have been going to Golden Valley Clinic for six years. Yesterday was my worst experience ever. The doctor was really unprofessional. I wasn’t in pain on my right shoulder and my hand and he touched me really aggressive. I have never experienced anything like that before I left The clinic crane the only nice person was the nurse assistant that she gave me my discharge papers and she was the one explaining a little bit more of my next appointment. Worst doctor ever I don’t wanna go back to that clinic again.

i have been trying to get a hold of any golden valley at this point to get my fathers insulin because he is a diabetic and his glucose has been out of control since he recently got diagnosed with leukemia and have also been needing a referral for his hematologist to continue treatment and they havent even got back to his hematologist and they have tried reaching out a couple times already. Its frustrating and annoying do better !

We are new to their pediatrics group. The doctor was great, staff seemed helpful and competent, facilities are nice, and we got in fairly close to our appointment time. Getting hold of them without physically going in to their office is a hideous mess. There's no way to contact without going through their mind-numbing IVR tree. Hitting zero just gets you hung up on. All I need to do is re-order my son's medication and it takes 10 minutes to get through their voice jail, and I'll still need to talk to a human to get what I ne... read more
