The building is well run and a good place to live. The current building manager, Mike Murphy, is attentive, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Tenant requests get resolved quickly.

I lived in Maple Grove apartments from 2014-2019, and work with young people currently residing in the Maple Grove apartments. The current property manager, Tammi Holness, is the best property manager I have worked with at Maple Grove. Similar to how excellent co-workers and supervisors make work better, an excellent property manager makes apartment living so much better! elevators previously were problematic but better now and i have problems with 2 windows. the laundry machines need improvement. Tammi is excellent. She is cooperative, pleasant and efficient.
