Maple Grove Pet Hospital was wonderful when we had our dog put down. They were compassionate and explained everything. The grieving room was comfortable with a fireplace and supplied coffee to us. A few weeks later we purchased a puppy. During that visit they showed the attributes above along with professionalism.
I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The clinic itself is clean & beautiful, the staff have all been so warm & helpful. The doctor really listened and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I felt empowered in the decision making process around care and the cost was more reasonable than other places in town.
I wish we could have met in more positive circumstances. Today was one of the hardest days of my adult life unfortunately, I had to make a hard choice and say goodbye my beloved Xanthippie. Dr.Biele & her staff were amazing. Their level of care and respect they had and their empathy of the situation touched my heart. This is truly a place you would want to take your pets to receive care.
The team at Maple Grove Pet Hospital was great:) They were so kind and accommodating to both of my cats. I was in and out pretty quickly for my first appointment and it was great that I could book an appointment online. I’ll definitely be back since my cats were the more comfortable than they usually are at the vet and price was super reasonable!

Everyone is so kind and attentive and it's clear how much they care and truly love animals. Plus you can schedule appointments online and we've been able to get in right away.
