The dental work I had done was great- the dentist was explaining that I would probably be in pain for 2-3 days but I actually feel just fine which is a relief. I docked a star because there was pretty much absolutely no bedside manner shown by the dentist at all- I don’t even know if he introduced himself (maybe he did and I’m not remembering). Dr. Cardon and his staff are amazing. I haven't been to the dentist in a while and they made certain that I was comfortable. They explained everything they were doing including costs and gave me options. Dr. Cardon was professional and was able to do a root canal and I was never in pain. I never leave reviews, but felt they deserved 5 stars + !!
Dr. Cardon did an amazing job! I get extreme anxiety with shots and he was so gentle and made them as pain free as possible. He and his staff are very compassionate and helpful. Thanks again for the great care you provided me.
Root canals are not my idea of a good time spent on any given morning. But, when you need a root canal, you want someone who specializes in knowing just where to target Novocain, efficient with time, technique and procedurally current practices that make for a minimally pain free experience. Dr. Cardon and his staff achieved all the above. Additionally, they discussed cost, what to expect and follow up with my regular dentist. Dr. Cardon’s team specialize in root canals. That’s it!! Historically I have had poor experiences with endodontists and was naturally worried that this would be no different. The procedure was difficult to go through (not by any fault of the office) and Dr. Cardon and his team went out of their way to make me comfortable and to get my surgery finished well and finished quickly.
