Dr. Cardon was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. I was in no pain. They even brought me a blanket to set on my legs. I thought he was very aware of me as a person alongside his specialty. His staff was wonderful, correct x-rays with one take every time. The front desk ladies are also fabulous. I would highly recommend this office!
The dental work I had done was great- the dentist was explaining that I would probably be in pain for 2-3 days but I actually feel just fine which is a relief. I docked a star because there was pretty much absolutely no bedside manner shown by the dentist at all- I don’t even know if he introduced himself (maybe he did and I’m not remembering). I had an emergency toothache. Called a dentist I was referred to by a friend. After asking what my issue was, was told that it would probably take a endodontist and referred me To Maple Ridge endodontics. I called Maple Ridge, explained my problem and saw them that day. After an exam, they explained what they needed to do, Made room to take care of it the next day, And offered to call the original dentist I called to schedule an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I received such a cheerful reassuring greeting from the receptionist that my apprehension for the procedure lessened. I especially appreciated the doctor’s skill with the numbing procedure. It surprised me how efficiently it was done without pain. I feel confident and thankful that it was a job well done.
Dr. Cardon did an amazing job! I get extreme anxiety with shots and he was so gentle and made them as pain free as possible. He and his staff are very compassionate and helpful. Thanks again for the great care you provided me.
