I had a good experience at Maple Ridge Eye Care. I found a pair of glasses that I am very happy with. I came in 45mins to closing during the week as I came from Surrey and the optometrist helped me right away giving me options to try on and working within my budget and preference. I picked up my glasses the following week and I am happy with my decision. I will definitely be back and recommend others.
At Maple Ridge Eye Care we had a wonderful experience with Chery. She listens and really cares. My wife and i were confused about which frame to pick. She was patient and let me try as many frames as possible. She finally understood that what wanted was not available in the practice. She went online and find the a frame that matches what i really wanted. And it was the perfect frame for me. Can’t wait to wear it when it’s ready.
I had an eye exam here earlier this year, which went smoothly. I ordered contact lenses from the clinic, but later found that I could get them for cheaper online. When I ran out of lenses before a trip, I called the clinic and they kindly gave me some samples to get by until my online order arrived—great customer service at the time. Absolutely incredible, I have pretty bad social anxiety and new offices and people trigger bad panic attacks! The team at Maple ridge Eye Care were so friendly understanding and helpful! Everyone was extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know! I had never really worn glasses before and the doctor was very helpful with helping me understand what was going on and making sure the glasses worked great for me.
