This may sound corny but I felt like I was truly seen. I had been searching for a wheelchair accessible place to have my eyes properly checked and was recommended to Maple Ridge Eye Care by some folks from a face book group. I'm so very glad I tried it. All staff were very respectful and professional. It's what you really want in a proper business. Thanks for the care Maple Ridge Eye Care.
After my recent eye exam, I decided to purchase new glasses. My prescription had slightly changed but not enough to warrant new glasses. Unfortunately, the new glasses had some issues which I discussed with Janice. Upon some testing, Janice recommended that new glasses be made different from the original. I picked up the new glasses and there’s a major improvement over the original. I want to acknowledge Janice’s for her professionalism, empathy and outright honesty dealing with my complaint. She was wonderful to deal with!
I had great experience at MR eye care. All staff were friendly and patient. They did a thorough check on eyes. Julian was very helpful and patient helping me select glasses, did very good job on all the measurements to make sure my glasses fit me.
I just had the best experience at Maple Ridge Eye Care. The entire staff was a delight and Dr. Hurlbert was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I trust his practice and expertise and have found my new home for all my eye care needs. Fantastic business.
The staff at Maple Ridge Eye Care are very PROFESSIONAL in doing their jobs. I would like to thank Dr.M.Hurlbert for looking after my eyes all these years i could not find such a great careing Doctor & Professional man.
