Quite satisfied with service except nothing being done about the dropped of our patio. It is very difficult to get in and out of patio. This has been a complaint for the last 5 years and we hear nothing. Always looking into the matter and we hear nothing. My husband says if you are not going to do anything about it he would like to put something made of pressure treated lumber out there. Too late when someone falls.
