i don’t even know where to start. from barbra at check in, to my amazing anesthesiologist dr foster. my entire care team was 10/10 amazing. i have horrible medical anxiety and everyone made sure i was comfortable and cared for. Dr brown my surgeon was absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease before my tonsillectomy. Would recommend this amazing group of people to anybody going in for a tonsillectomy.
So far so good, the receptionist wasn't overly friendly, we'll seen how everything else goes. When I walk in to a place like this, I expect to be greeted in a friendly manner, my wife is apprehensive already, and it would have been nice to be greeted in a more caring and friendly way. I probably have expected way to much, people who are in this position should feel a little more comfortable about this. Clean and comfortable facilities. The staff were extremely kind and attentive to our needs both before during and after surgery.
My experience was wonderful from start to finish. From the pre-op call from the nurse to the follow up call I received after surgery. The center was clean with plenty of seating and beverages as you wait. Easy to find and free parking. All the nurses were absolutely lovely. I felt like there were 4-5 nurses, that I encountered and all wonderful/accommodating. My discharge nurse Lacey was amazing! It was like having a pal take care of you. Hello all. I would like to say thank you for the amazing staff and experience given to me on the day of my surgery from the check in process to the finish line.
