Lifestance has been fantastic! This is where I finally found a psychiatrist who would listen to my concerns and really got me on the path to helping my mental health properly and with compassion. A new therapist was then set up thru Lifestance and she has been integral in my mental health journey and just a wonderful, kind person. Both my Doctor and therapist are always quick to get back w me over any concerns and I just can't say enough good things.
She listens to me like I matter. I never feel rushed. We work on what I need to on my time. I can't express how important that is to me.
Marah put me at ease and I felt totally comfortable talking to her even with some technical difficulties that were had.
Great!!
My only comment is why didn’t I do this sooner. My primary care doctor wanted me to do medication management and have a therapist supporting me. Very happy with both the medication management and my therapist
